Field Quality Advisor in High Voltage Energy

In this role, reporting to the Quality Manager, your main focus will be on quality leadership and inspection compliance. You will implement quality systems, conduct audits, and liaise with project teams and clients to ensure adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity and effectiveness of critical energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and audits with minimal supervision

• Implement quality management systems and processes

• Review and comprehend contracts and engineered plans

• Develop and execute client-specific quality plans

• Manage project quality surveillance and issue resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in substation projects

• Certification as Electrical Engineering Technologist or Journeyman Electrician

• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in the High Voltage Industry is advantageous
