QESH Manager

Position: QESH Manager Role with Oerlikon
Location: Fort Saskatchewan

Oerlikon is seeking a QESH Manager to take the lead in safety, quality, and operational excellence at our Fort Saskatchewan site. Drive change and deliver exceptional results in compliance and operational standards.

This leadership role is essential in shaping the culture of safety and quality at the site. As a leader, you will manage various teams to ensure compliance with international standards and promote continuous improvement. Collaborating with multiple departments and managing lab operations, you will play a crucial role in influencing positive outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality and EHS teams in strategic initiatives

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and corporate standards

• Drive ongoing safety culture improvements

• Supervise laboratory and testing operations

• Manage budget related to compliance and lab upgrades

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education; relevant designations an asset

• 15+ years of manufacturing experience; 10+ years in leadership

• Proven experience in leading HSE and Quality systems

• Proficient with SAP and MS Office

• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
