Quality and Compliance Analyst

You will audit incoming materials, resolve non-conformities, drive CAPA initiatives, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our network. • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes across the supply chain.
• Perform inspections, audits, and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and final goods as needed.
• Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues or non-conformities.
• Report and monitor quality metrics related to supplier and product performance

• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, certifications, and standards.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure processes align with legal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.

• Assess and approve new suppliers based on quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct vendor self assessment analysis to ensure adherence to contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee management and resolution of customer complaints related to quality, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality or compliance issues.
• Identify risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance in the supply chain.
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and trends.

• Develop and revise quality policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Implement and maintain an up-to-date quality management system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Train internal teams and suppliers on quality and compliance standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality audits, tests, and corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting quality performance and compliance status.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to supply chain and logistics.
• Certifications in quality assurance methodologies such as ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
