Join Oerlikon as the QESH Manager in Fort Saskatchewan, where you'll lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives. Be at the forefront of promoting operational excellence and compliance within a global manufacturing leader.
This leadership position is vital in shaping the quality and safety standards of our operations. You will drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with international standards, and influence continuous improvement within teams across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide strategic Quality and EHS team initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO, NADCAP, and corporate standards
• Enhance safety culture and implement improvements
• Manage laboratory and analytical testing functions
• Facilitate collaboration with Operations, HR, and Engineering
Requirements:
• Degree required; additional professional qualifications an asset
• 15 years of manufacturing experience; 10 years in leadership
• Strong background in HSE and Quality systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
Drive impactful changes in quality and safety standards at Oerlikon.
