As an HSE Superintendent at Precision Drilling, you will implement the HSE Management System while providing critical support on-site. Your expertise will help ensure consistent safety practices through coaching and assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HSE leadership and training for drilling operations
• Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and analyze trends
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
• Collaborate with HSE and Field Superintendents on site findings
Requirements:
• Minimum Motorhand-level drilling rig experience
• Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and regulations
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to improve HSE practices
