Plum Gas Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Safety Specialist to oversee health and safety initiatives at its Drayton Valley plant. In this role, you will ensure compliance with health regulations, conduct safety audits, and facilitate training programs for all employees. Your experience will be crucial in driving safety culture while working closely with team leaders on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives across the manufacturing facility

• Ensure compliance with provincial safety regulations

• Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments

• Facilitate incident investigations and manage corrective actions

• Enhance and deliver effective safety training programs

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Safety or related field

• 5+ years of experience in safety within manufacturing

• Strong understanding of Alberta OHS standards

• Experience in conducting safety audits and investigations

• Strong communication and influence skills
