Inspect cabinet doors and panels while verifying dimensions, quantities, and profiles against specifications in a manufacturing plant. Support reliable products before customer delivery.
The Quality Controller manages quality assurance processes for door products. This work requires visual inspection, technical drawing interpretation, and careful documentation. You will track non-conformities, support corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of cabinet doors and panels
- Verify quantities, sizes, and profiles against order specifications
- Document non-conformities and collaborate on corrective actions
- Maintain organized work areas and prepare doors for production
- Monitor production progress using scheduling tools such as Smartsheet
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years in cabinet manufacturing or quality control preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office and email communication skills
