Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician

Protect food safety at Hello Fresh’s Nisku distribution center through HACCP knowledge, environmental sampling, and quality inspections. Work rotating Thursday-to-Monday shifts.

As a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician, you will serve as the first checkpoint in the site’s FSQA system. Reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will collaborate with Production and Receiving teams. Your work includes quantitative measurements, raw material inspections, production observation, and accurate documentation.

• Complete monitoring activities and maintain GMP records and temperature logs
• Inspect incoming materials, work in progress, and finished production
• Monitor sanitation and processing equipment before and after operations
• Conduct environmental sampling and ATP swabbing
• Create escalation tickets for product non-conformances

• Post-secondary Biological, Chemical, or Food Sciences education
• Minimum two years’ food safety or quality assurance experience
• Understanding of HACCP, SFCR, and GFSI schemes
• Ability to work refrigerated environments from 0°C to 4°C
• English communication and basic Microsoft and Google Suite knowledge
