Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Property Leasing Agent, located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Property Leasing Agent will manage property showings, handle lease administration, assist with marketing listings, and ensure timely tenant communication. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants, coordinating leasing processes, and supporting property management activities to meet client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration
• Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain tenant and owner relationships
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and basic office applications
• Previous experience in a real estate or property management role is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
