In this full-time office position, you will report to the Senior Property Manager and work collaboratively within the Property Management team. Key responsibilities include verifying supplier invoices, assisting with budget preparation, managing tenant events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and satisfying client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service with integrity and respect
• Verify supplier invoices using Yardi accounting
• Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenses
• Prepare correspondence for clients and vendors
• Track supplier invoices and coordinate payments
Requirements:
• 2 years of office experience, property management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Yardi
• Strong Accounts Payable skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude
