Position: City Property Management Role
Join the City of Edmonton as a Property Manager, taking charge of managing diverse properties and enhancing tenant interactions. Leverage your strong communication skills and property management experience.

As part of the Real Estate Branch, this position will focus on portfolio management for civic properties. You will be responsible for handling complex property situations, lease execution, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Support junior staff while maintaining excellent relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-value property complexities and difficult situations

• Conduct site inspections and align properties with leases

• Draft and interpret legal documents and leases

• Oversee daily property activities, including maintenance and tenant inquiries

• Identify building project needs based on ongoing evaluations

Requirements:

• High school diploma completion

• Professional designation in CPM or RPA

• 3+ years of property management experience

• Substantial experience in stressful situations

• Knowledge of relevant legislative acts and municipal regulations
