In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to create and oversee land acquisition strategies aligned with CVC’s mission. Your involvements will range from negotiation of complex real estate transactions to the management of property-related agreements that impact the community. This is an essential leadership position fostering environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement land acquisition and disposition policies
• Negotiate land transactions and manage stakeholder relationships
• Oversee and maintain corporate land ownership records
• Review development proposals affecting CVC-owned lands
• Provide expert advice to senior management on legal matters
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or equivalent
• 7 years’ experience in land management or real estate
• Proven experience negotiations and legal agreements
• Strong understanding of land use policies
• Valid Class G driver’s license
Lead the charge in real estate initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental excellence at CVC.
