Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via ILS, email, and phone promptly

• Conduct engaging suite showings and virtual tours

• Manage prospect information and applications accurately

• Document leasing activity and performance metrics weekly

• Foster collaboration with the leasing team to meet targets

Requirements:

• Background in residential leasing or sales preferred

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience with property management software is an asset

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
