Position: Avison Young Director of Valuation and Advisory

As a senior leader, you will manage complex valuation engagements and contribute to Avison Young’s purpose of transforming real estate services. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to both client management and team mentorship. Engage with internal technologies to enhance project efficiencies and deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed appraisal reports with consistent quality

• Mentor and guide Valuation Associates for professional growth

• Inspect properties as needed for accurate valuations

• Establish strong client relationships through effective communication

• Introduce new valuation solutions based on market insights

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional valuation experience

• Relevant post-secondary qualifications, preferably in Commerce

• Current AACI Designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
