Position: CAPREIT Leasing Specialist Role

As a Leasing Specialist, you will serve as the frontline ambassador, handling inquiries and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction. You will oversee leasing activities, ensuring that all processes from marketing to maintenance are executed flawlessly. Availability is required Tuesday through Saturday, including evenings, with a need for reliable transportation for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a resident ambassador to enhance satisfaction

• Own the leasing process from start to finish

• Process payments and conduct property inspections

• Manage resident moves and maintenance requests

• Achieve leasing targets through proactive monitoring

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in related fields

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
