Your proactive approach will be key in maintaining industry relationships and managing lease documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate offers to lease and renewals with stakeholders
• Ensure accurate lease documentation and correspondence
• Market retail premises to attract new tenants
• Work closely with internal departments for tenant requirements
• Develop leasing strategies for new properties
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum five years of leasing experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license for property travel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
