Project Coordinator at Qualico Communities

Elevate land development projects as a Project Coordinator with Qualico Communities in Edmonton, AB. This full-time position emphasizes planning support, document management, and stakeholder communication.

You will report directly to the Director of Planning and Acquisitions, providing essential coordination and administrative assistance on various land development projects. This role requires at least two years of planning or land development experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs to maintain project schedules and communication flow among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Planning and Acquisition teams

• Prepare area/neighborhood structure plans and zoning applications

• Conduct market and demographic research for development

• Liaise with municipal staff and external stakeholders

• Coordinate meetings and maintain organized project files

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Planning, Engineering, or Project Management

• Minimum 2 years planning or land development experience

• Experience with Edmonton's city frameworks and policies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
