Deveraux Apartment Communities has been a comprehensive, professional property management firm since 2011. It presently manages over 6100 multi-family apartment units in Regina, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Calgary. Please note that this position requires evening and weekend availability to accommodate prospective residents and operates on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule (9-6 pm).

• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with prospects, residents, and team members both verbally and in writing
• Customer Service Experience – Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
• Sales experience – Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to close deals
• Negotiation Skills – Ability to handle lease terms and rental agreements with potential tenants
• Organization and Time Management – Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and paperwork efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling lease documents, contracts, and resident information
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve issues and address concerns quickly and effectively
• Tech Savviness – Comfort with property management software and basic office tools (ie, Microsoft Office and Excel)
