Residential Tenant Coordinator

Position: Full-Time Residential Tenant Coordinator Role
Become a vital link in residential leasing as a full-time Tenant Coordinator based in Edmonton. Manage tenant relations, coordinate leasing activities, and ensure compliance with rental agreements.

As the Residential and Leasing Tenant Coordinator, you will connect tenants to properties while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires you to handle lease administration, perform suite inspections, and assess market rental rates. You will utilize Yardi Voyager software to manage tenant information and facilitate property owner communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ongoing rental of vacant residential suites

• Administer and process tenancy agreements

• Conduct inspections prior to lease renewals

• Coordinate effective move-in and move-out procedures

• Advise on competitive rental rates monthly

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant residential leasing experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred

• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred

• Possess a valid Provincial Driver's License

• Strong customer service and managerial skills
