In this specialized role, you will act as a resident ambassador, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. You will take ownership of leasing from inquiry through to onboarding, while also managing operational tasks like inspections and payment collections. Weekend and evening availability is essential for this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address resident concerns and maintain satisfaction

• Oversee the leasing process from start to finish

• Inspect properties and handle maintenance requests

• Collect payments and facilitate smooth resident transitions

• Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing goals

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or sales

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
