This position is instrumental in driving occupancy and revenue by managing prospect interactions and ensuring seamless lease processes. You will report to the VP Leasing and work closely with Property Managers. Must possess excellent communication and follow-up skills, enabling a smooth transition from inquiry to lease signing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all prospect inquiries promptly and professionally

• Conduct engaging property showings and virtual tours

• Support leasing goals by following up post-showing

• Process applications accurately and coordinate with Property Managers

• Maintain up-to-date listings across various platforms

Requirements:

• Experience in leasing or customer service roles

• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented mindset

• Proficiency with CRM and property management software

• Valid driver's license and access to transportation

• Availability during evenings and weekends
