• Oversee operations for two co-op housing communities

• Build relationships with members, Boards, and service providers

• Assist with resolving member issues professionally

• Monitor maintenance and service provider performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years in property management or related fields

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Competency in Microsoft Office software

• Experience interacting with diverse community stakeholders

• Transportation for travel between properties
