As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for tenant relations, lease management, and property inspections, all while ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication between residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer leases and document move-ins and move-outs
• Conduct inspections of suites and common areas regularly
• Act as the main point of contact for tenant issues
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain positive interactions with residents and stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma with 2-3 years in administration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must pass a criminal record check
• Preferred experience in property management
