Residential Property Manager | Senior Residential Property Manager Ayre & Oxford Inc. | Edmonton, Alberta If you have built a solid career in residential property management and are ready for an opportunity where your experience can lead to something more, we would like to meet you.
Ayre & Oxford Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years of direct property management experience to join our established team.
For the right candidate, this opportunity may be structured as a Senior Residential Property Manager position, with the opportunity to become part of our Senior Leadership Team.

You will be joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary property management company with an experienced team and the opportunity to contribute beyond the day-to-day management of a portfolio.
Depending on your experience and the level of the position, responsibilities may include:
Managing a residential property portfolio
Building strong relationships with owners, tenants, site staff and service providers
Financial oversight, budgeting, reporting and portfolio planning
Coordinating maintenance, capital needs and property improvements
Supporting and mentoring members of the residential team
Participating in recruitment, onboarding and training
Contributing to operational improvements, policies and procedures
Participating in company planning, technology initiatives and new ideas
Working directly with the President/Broker and other senior leaders
Supporting collaboration and continued growth across the organization
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced professional who is accountable, organized, collaborative, solution-focused and an excellent communicator .
You may be an established Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career, or an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for a company where your knowledge, leadership and ideas can have a broader impact.
A minimum of 5 years of property management experience is required.
