We’re looking for motivated individuals who are newly licensed or actively working toward obtaining their real estate license and want a structured path to learn the business.
As a Real Estate Agent Trainee, you’ll learn how to generate leads, communicate with buyers and sellers, follow up with potential clients, build a pipeline, and develop the daily habits needed to grow a productive real estate business.
You’ll have access to coaching, mentorship from experienced agents, practical scripts and tools, and proven systems designed to help you build confidence and stay consistent.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
Commission-based opportunity. Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options available.
