As a Residential Manager reporting to the Property Manager, you will manage day-to-day services in assigned properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer all property management policies and procedures

• Oversee full leasing processes and provide staff training

• Inspect vacant suites and ensure they are Rent Ready

• Conduct personal tours showcasing property features

• Manage rental applications, income verification, and credit checks

Requirements:

• High School Graduate; post-secondary education or experience required

• Knowledge of the Resident Tenancies Act

• 5th Class Operator’s License required

• Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi experience is an asset

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
