Avenue Property Manager

Position: Avenue Living Property Manager Role
Lead property management initiatives at Avenue Living Residential in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This position encompasses coaching, leasing oversight, and enhancing resident experiences through effective management.

As a Property Manager, you'll drive leadership for a team managing residential properties. Your responsibilities include overseeing the leasing process, managing renewals, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You'll also develop strong relationships with residents and vendors while working closely with your team to achieve community goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor assistant property managers and maintenance staff

• Oversee leasing processes and follow up on applications

• Manage and facilitate lease renewals 90 days in advance

• Conduct thorough inspections and address resident complaints

• Ensure timely maintenance and repair responses

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience

• Valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract

• Accredited property manager certification preferred

• Willing to work outside normal hours as needed

• Clear criminal record check required
