As a Leasing Associate at SNDL, you'll work directly with the Vice President of Real Estate Operations to manage a growing portfolio of retail and corporate properties.

Your role will encompass lease administration, renewals, and maintaining communication with landlords. Key skills required include strong organizational abilities, proactive communication, and proficiency with real estate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily leasing activities and real estate initiatives

• Maintain accurate trackers for active deals and transactions

• Prepare lease documents and coordinate approvals

• Liaise with municipalities for compliance and permits

Requirements:

• Experience in leasing administration or real estate support
