Job Description
The Senior Research  Analystis responsible for internal project management and report writing.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders,manage multiple project sand analyze complex data sets, synthesize information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

To be successful in this role, you must havestrongcommunicationskills, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilites

Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and ensure alignment of research objectives

Manage research projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met

Contribute to research design, including methodology development and questionnaire creation

Lead data analysis, interpret results, and develop clear and actionable insights

Prepare and present reports and presentations tailored to client needs

Contribute to the development of proposals (RFPs), including research design inputs, questionnaire development, and supporting materials

Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project, including data validation and final deliverables

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline)

3 to 5 years of experience in market research or a related field

Strong experience in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing

Experience managing research projects and working with cross-functional teams

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency with research and data analysis tools

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
