As a Research Associate in the Quantum and Nanotechnology unit, you will contribute to the assessment of lithium-based batteries under realistic conditions. This role requires a Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, or Chemistry and substantial experience with large datasets and curve fitting. Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance experimental methodologies and drive next-generation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-situ and operando characterization of materials
• Measure pressure, temperature, and time impact on battery performance
• Develop custom experiments and data collection methods
• Collaborate with academic and industrial partners
• Publish peer-reviewed research findings
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, or Chemistry
• Significant experience in curve fitting and programming
• Background in instrumentation troubleshooting
• Experience with characterization techniques
• Ability to build effective collaborations
