Support the University of Alberta’s fundraising initiatives as a Prospect Research Analyst in a hybrid capacity.
Your role will involve in-depth research to identify donor prospects.
In this position, you will work under the Manager of Prospect Management & Research. The Prospect Research Analyst contributes significantly to the success of alumni relations by delivering insights about potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Your research will help colleagues make informed decisions while enhancing the university's philanthropic image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed donor research and assessments
• Provide insights that assist fundraising and alumni relations
• Work with various fundraising units for timely research
• Contribute ideas for improving research methodologies
• Ensure accuracy and relevance in prospect insights delivered
Requirements:
• Keen attention to detail and research competencies
• Preferred experience in fundraising or related fields
• Curiosity to explore and analyze donor information
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup—remote and Edmonton
• Collaborative spirit to engage with development teams
