Key Responsibilities:
• Research on large language model post-training
• Develop methods for scalable agent evaluation
• Own and execute end-to-end research problems
• Create robust infrastructure for model and agent training
• Optimize GPU workflows for research efficiency
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in a technical field
• In-depth understanding of artificial intelligence
• Strong programming abilities, especially in Python
• Experience with ML infrastructure and tools
• Proven analytical skills for evaluating research outcomes
