We invite applications for the position of  full-time Meat Supervisor  to join our team at our  Hawkstone Food Store  located in Edmonton, AB.  Open availability is required.

What you’ll do:

Support the Meat Manager in all aspects of the Meat Operations

Oversee daily operations in the meat department to maintain excellent customer service

Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department

Ensure the meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy

Maintain customer standards by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns

Participate in the training and development of meat department team members

Perform general duties, as assigned including backup support for the Meat Manager

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

You have Retail Meat Department experience

You have previous Retail Produce experience.

Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

You have strong time management and organizational skills.
