As a customer service team member, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere r responsibilities will include helping customers locate products, engaging them in the Rewards program, and managing cash handling. You will also assist with store recovery, stocking, and fulfilling Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers in finding products and solutions
• Ensure efficient, friendly checkout and cash handling
• Promote the Rewards program and enroll customers
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store organization
• Assist in stocking and unloading merchandise
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
• Comply with company standards and safety protocols
• Positive attitude and respectful interactions
