In this full-time role, you'll support the Store Manager and lead in their absence, ensuring the store meets Levi's® iconic standards. You'll manage payroll, cash handling, and inventory control while fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities also include recruiting, training, and retaining staff that exemplify Levi Strauss & Co (LS&Co) values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store operational results and performance standards
• Assist in hiring and training qualified staff
• Execute flawless visual presentations per corporate guidelines
• Coach and develop staff for ongoing growth
• Address minor employee relations issues consistently
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in retail leadership roles
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong background in retail apparel and customer service
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Demonstrated positive and energetic demeanor
