In this pivotal role, you'll open and close locations, overseeing daily functions and supporting your team. The Retail Experience Lead should demonstrate extensive knowledge of retail principles, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing education to staff while addressing customer needs swiftly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise store activities and manage cash operations
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees
• Enhance customer relationships while suggesting new products
• Implement sales strategies to achieve team goals
• Escalate team issues to store management promptly
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant retail sector experience
•
Required:
High school diploma or GED
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
• Proven record in customer service excellence
• Clear criminal history and cannabis certification needed
