Forest of Jewels is a newly renovated, family owned and operated luxury jewellery store located in southwest Edmonton. We carry a wide selection of products including brands by Swarovski, Noam Carver, Korite, and Tissot. Our services include jewellery and watch repairs, custom designing, and appraisals. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all jewellery customers
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on different types of jewellery
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display area
• Minor watch repairs
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing jewellery items
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

• Previous sales experience (2+ years) in Jewellery industry
• Passion for jewellery as well as brand knowledge
• Customer-centric. Emphasizes a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Communication skills. Stresses the ability to effectively convey information to customers and colleagues
• Confident technology skills
• Detail-oriented. Can identify the importance of accuracy, especially with valuable merchandise
• Punctual
• Tech-savvy. Comfortable and competence in using various technologies
• Maintain a professional attitude and attire
• Proficient in English
