As a full-time Services Lead, you'll champion Sephora’s selling model and ensure Beauty Advisors excel in client interactions. By keeping the sales floor visually appealing and engaging with clients, you directly impact store performance. Collaborate with the Operations team, adapt staffing needs, and uphold Sephora's core values throughout your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model effectively
• Maintain high merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Engage proactively with clients as Manager on Duty
• Analyze sales performance and adjust staffing for client needs
• Participate in interviewing talent for the team
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in retail leadership roles
• Proven client service and time management abilities
• Capability to influence and provide constructive feedback
• Strong problem-solving skills in retail settings
• Passion for client service and teamwork
