The Brick seeks an experienced Franchise Operations Manager to enhance operations across multiple franchise locations. Bring your leadership skills to support store performance and merchandising strategies nationwide.

In this role, reporting to the Senior Director of Franchise, you will oversee operations and merchandising support for five stores. Key responsibilities include operational training, addressing balancing issues, and ensuring compliance with policies. Your leadership will drive consistency and performance, making a significant impact on store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily reports and communicate findings to stores

• Support operational improvements through training and leadership

• Address balancing and procedural inquiries from stores

• Communicate performance issues with underperforming stores

• Provide weekly Franchise IST reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma

• 2-3 years of leadership experience

• Proven operations and customer service record

• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills, willingness to travel
