Your role includes delivering in-bakery training, monitoring merchandising standards, and implementing local marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct bakery assessments and compliance checks
• Facilitate in-store training and operational support
• Drive local marketing initiatives to enhance visibility
• Assess production versus scheduled plans for efficiency
• Attend reviews to align business strategies
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in operations, ideally franchise retail
• 2+ years in customer service
• Required baking expertise
• Must have a valid driver’s license for field travel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
