As a Keyholder at Pet Valu, you will contribute to operations and sales while ensuring a safe environment for pets and customers alike. You'll be responsible for managing deliveries and maintaining store standards, delivering exceptional customer service through product recommendations.
Your role is essential in fostering a community that supports local pets and facilitates adoptions and charity events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
• Prepare merchandise orders and manage paperwork
• Stock pet supplies and other merchandise in-store
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Open and close the store adhering to procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Flexible schedule availability
