SUMMARY: To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

• Sales Expectations – Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote sales of beauty products, and encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.
• Customer Service – Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers, always put the customer first and provide superior customer service, actively model desired behavior with eClienteling, promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program, actively promote and book appointments for in‑store events.
• Operations – Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services, attend appropriate vendor schools, attend workshop/education sessions, adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
• General – Comply with all health and safety regulations, store policies and procedures, loss prevention policies, act professionally at all times, perform other duties as required.

• Planning, judgment and decision making.

• Proven sales experience.
• Good knowledge of various beauty products and services available.
• Ability to conduct sit‑down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application.

• Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves.
