You will assist the Store Management team by delivering exceptional customer service while keeping the store visually appealing and organized. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product suggestions. Collaboration with your team to meet sales targets is crucial, alongside staying knowledgeable about current promotions and products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales growth through high-quality customer service
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Make personalized product recommendations to customers
• Work with team members to achieve sales objectives
• Keep up to date with store policies and promotions
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
