Position: North Central Co-op Grocery Supervisor
Lead grocery operations at North Central Co-op as a full-time Grocery Supervisor at the Chappelle Food Store in Edmonton, Alberta. Drive sales and team engagement while executing daily operations.

In this full-time role, you will manage the Grocery department's daily tasks while ensuring adherence to budgeted goals regarding sales, margin, and inventory. Support and inspire your team through effective training and development, creating a successful and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day grocery operations and tasks

• Meet sales, margin, and inventory objectives

Requirements:

• Experience in Retail Grocery is necessary
