As an Operations Consultant, you will collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth functioning of the stockroom and the overall store presentation.
Your role includes training cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and participating in inventory control. A key part of your responsibilities will be to manage shipments and assist in reducing losses through effective merchandising practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly service to clients during business hours
• Train cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems
• Maintain cleanliness within the cashier zone
• Process shipment receipts promptly
• Ensure safety standards are consistently upheld
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in retail/client service, stockroom preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Effective time management and communication abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
