As a Customer Service Team Member, you will engage with shoppers to help them locate products and educate them about our Rewards program. This role focuses on providing a fast checkout experience, truck unloading, and maintaining store recovery standards for optimal merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help customers find products and solutions
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout processes
• Promote the Rewards program and facilitate enrollments
• Participate in unloading inventory and stocking shelves
• Maintain store recovery and adherence to SOPs
Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and move for long periods
• Capable of lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves
• Familiarity with Omni channel processes is a plus
• Must be at least 16 years old
