In this role at RONA, you will be an integral part of the customer service team, assisting individuals with inquiries and special orders while maintaining a smooth store operation. The position allows you to enhance your product knowledge and contribute to a satisfied customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer assistance in-store and via phone
• Prepare special orders and confirm delivery details
• Maintain current product stock and signage
• Monitor inventory levels and perform counts as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to boost selling skills
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Good communication and recommendation skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry products
