Pilot Company seeks a Lead Cashier to oversee transactions and guest services at our travel center. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and retail operations knowledge.
As a Lead Guest Services Team Member, you’ll manage a shift of cashiers, ensuring smooth cash, credit, and debit transactions. You’ll uphold quality service by addressing guest complaints and assisting in various travel center functions, including deli maintenance and stocking. Your leadership will drive a customer-focused culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cashier operations during shifts
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close-out tasks
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support various travel center functions as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in retail operations preferred
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Proficiency with calculators and computers
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
• Background check required
