Retail Store Associate

As part of the team at Store #8869, you'll assist both retail and wholesale customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate Sherwin-Williams products. This part-time role emphasizes meeting sales goals while providing exceptional service. You'll also maintain product displays and work orders to ensure quality standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process accurate sales transactions in compliance with policies
• Keep store displays stocked and organized
• Support in loading, unloading, and deliveries as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year in retail or customer service
• Experience with paint and mixing equipment a plus
• Bilingual abilities advantageous
