Part Time Processing Team Member

Contribute to the community with Goodwill Industries of Alberta as a part-time Processing Team Member in Edmonton. Help sort donations, provide customer service, and support retail operations every week.

Goodwill Industries of Alberta is seeking a dedicated Processing Team Member for its Edmonton location. This part-time role (15-24.5 hours per week) allows you to engage with donations while playing a vital role in our mission to support individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities include sorting and grading items, tracking production targets, and assisting the retail team with customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and grade donations to identify sellable items

• Track production targets and complete production sheets

• Transport items to the sales floor and organize displays

• Provide assistance to retail team members at cash registers

• Deliver world-class customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum age of 15 and eligible to work in Canada

• Ability to work on evenings and weekends

• Good physical stamina for lifting and moving items

• Team-oriented, with a focus on safety and respect
